How it works
- Click the button above or scan the QR code and fill in the needed information.
- Select the product(s) you want to return or exchange.
- Select the reason and confirm your selection.
- Choose your carrier.
- Once you've submitted your return, we'll e-mail you a prepaid return label automatically. You can also download the label yourself.
- Pack your product(s), securely attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at a package point.
All items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original Clan de Banlieue tags attached. Incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled returns will not be accepted. Please make sure your delivery is traceable, as we are not responsible for damage or loss by the carrier.
Once we receive your return, refunds take approximately 14 business days to process. Pre-ordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
